President of Boundary Holding, Ms Shweta Khare is a smart, talented woman with an MBA degree from IIM Kolkata. She is one of the leading women entrepreneurs and very well networked across the world. Ms Khare has worked as an analyst for reputed companies, such as American Express and Wipro. Known for her witty and smart decisions, she has an eye for detail. Ms Khare is also the founder of e-makeup venture MUI.
Prateek leads investment strategy at Boundary Holding, focusing on startup funding, exits, and private equity. He partners with founders early, combining capital discipline with creative thinking to back ventures built to last. But his impact runs deeper: he develops the business strategy that drives companies into new geographies, forging strategic partnerships across sales and investments to unlock growth. He has led the discussions that resulted in company acquisitions, steering negotiations from opening pitch to signed deal. His decisions determine how those companies grow, compete, and win in their markets.
Lassana Traore
Responsible for overseeing operations pertaining to corporate governance and financial analysis, Lassana Traore is a board member and the corporate officer of Boundary Holding. He simultaneously works at Hoche Partners Corporate Services S.A. and has also worked as a legal manager and an assistant managing director at Caldia Fiduciaire S.A. and Maison Moderne, respectively. He is an alumnus of University of Luxembourg.
Violene Rosati
One of the board members of Boundary Holding, Violene Rosati comes with an experience of more than 16 years. She has worked for several companies in Luxembourg, including Wood, Appleton, Oliver & Co Ltd, FIDEOS Luxembourg, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, among others. Rosati is one of the partners at Hoche Partners Corporate Services S.A.S. and Head of the Corporate Services. She continues to act as a Company Director in various international corporate organizations, contributing to their strategic development.
